Bianca and Kerry, cousins more like sisters, they made sure Caitlin never felt like an only child. Lifelong friends, confidants and role models, there was never any doubt as to their role in the wedding. No words could ever describe how very special they are to Caitlin.
Stephanie, University friend with whom Caitlin formed an unhealthy relationship based on a love for food and tequila! Stephanie is the life of the party as well as the first person you call if you need help. As soon as they met, a lifelong friendship was formed.
Nicole, one of the most beautiful souls you could ever meet. Caitlin will always consider herself so incredibly lucky that she got to join the Preece family, who accepted her with open arms. Nicole taught her to enjoy the outdoors and how to be a kid again.
Evie, cutest thing ever, Wade and Caitlin’s “God-Child” and apple of their eyes. Her goals in life: to be walking like a pro for the wedding and joining Wade on a fly-fishing trip by the age of 3. Future Shrives children have a lot to live up to, especially in the cuteness department.
Bradley, Brother to Wade and the man that guided Wade through life. He knows how to make Wade look good, even when Wade doesn’t. Wade has always looked up to him and he has since become the steady hand in the family.
Brendan “Brother from another Mother”. Lifelong friends, what’s more to say. Wade had to teach him the meaning of the word “SUN”, pity he did not take to it. Wade is confident that in their Golden Years they will spend time together drinking brandy and playing computer games on a “Stoep” somewhere!!
Garith, Varsity friend, kept Wade grounded though his varsity career and endeavored to turn him into a semi functioning member of society by exposing him to the culture of the world. Thanks to Garith, Wade now enjoys High Tea and the Theater – who would have guessed?
Gordon, Brother of the Bride. Caitlin loved gaining a brother! He started out as her partner in crime against the ``rentals`` but later became irreplaceable in her life, someone she could never be without. Wade and Gordon have never met, but Caitlin assures Wade that once they eventually do, all Garith’s hard work will be undone!! Wade can’t wait to meet his new brother.
Noah, coolest dude on the block. He dreams of one day meeting Thomas the Tank engine or becoming a pro soccer player. He loves his “Baby-chinos” and gardening at granny and Avi’s house. Caitlin and Wade couldn’t be prouder of the wonderful little man he is becoming.
